If you’ve been into OPM from the early 2000’s, you’ve probably heard of the band Silent Sanctuary. Formed way back 2001, the band is composed of Sarkie Sarangay on vocals and guitars, Anjo Inacay on cello, Jason Rondero on bass, and Allen Calixto on drums.

Moophs is a project born in 2013 when Chris Lopez moved to Manila. Moophs was the nickname of his pet Savannah Monitor who died shortly after the move to Manila. In honor of an awesome pet, Chris took the moniker as the name for his solo project.
