College of St. Benilde's last batch of Technical Theater course is delivering their production of "Paglayang Minamahal", a three-act sarswela about the love story of a young maidservant and an ilustrado set during the outbreak of the Philippine Revolution.

Inspired by the lyrics of Vehnee Saturno, Stages Production Specialist Inc. is unveiling a musical comedy poised to become this season’s theatrical hit. Saturno, a multi-awarded composer best known for creating popular hits such as Be My Lady (Martin Nievera), Sana Kahit Minsan and Simple Lang (Ariel Rivera), Isang Lahi (Regine Velasquez), Mr. Kupido (Rachel Alejandro), Bakit Pa? (Jessa Zaragoza), Wala Na Bang Pag-ibig and Dahil Tanging Ikaw (Jaya), celebrates his 35th anniversary in the industry with Chuva Choo Choo – The Mr.Kupido Musicale, where his most popular compositions will be featured.

Ballet Manila enjoins dance enthusiasts all over the country to cheer for their world class performers in "Flight 1" on July 31, and "Flight 2" on August 1 at 8 pm at the Star Theater. A preview of Ballet Manila's entry to Asian Grand Prix International Ballet Competition (AGP) slated in August at the Y-Theater, Hong Kong, "Flight 1" and "Flight 2" are two different shows featuring the dance company's bestseller pieces by top choreographers Agnes Locsin, Augustus Damian III, Gerardo Francisco, and the late Tony Fabella.  The show also includes classical showstoppers "Don Quixote," "Sleeping Beauty," "Le Corsaire" and the "Black Swan Pas De Deux" from "Swan Lake".

Mabining Mandirigma About: It is a steampunk musical foregrounding the intellectual heroism of Apolinario Mabini, who in the second phase of Philippine revolution, displayed an uncommon vision, a warrior’s spirit, and a principled character, as he struggled against all odds to enjoin his countrymen to go beyond considerations of class, clan, economic gain and personal ambition, so they could think and act as citizens of one nation. In partnership with National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCAA) to close the year-long celebration of the 150th birthday of Apolinario Mabini.
