MANILA, PHILIPPINES—International pop sensation Jamie Miller has once again captured hearts with the release of his latest single, "In The Cards," via BMG. The track showcases Miller's signature powerhouse vocals and emotive storytelling, solidifying his position as a rising star in the music industry.

Reflecting on the inspiration behind the song, Miller shares, "This is the most heartbreaking song I’ve ever written. Whenever next chapters start, I still sometimes hold onto the hurt from previous situations. I was able to let go of a lot of chaos in my mind and hurt I was building up with 'In The Cards'. Turning broken thoughts into true feelings, then into a song is incredible to me and that’s what I did with this song.”

Accompanying the release is a mesmerizing visualizer, featuring Jamie Miller delivering a haunting performance amidst a serene snowy forest setting, perfectly complementing the poignant lyrics and melodies of 'In The Cards'.

A live performance of the new single may be “In The Cards” for Filipino fans too. Jamie previously posted about hoping to come back to Manila in 2024. The Welsh hitmaker held his first fan meet in the Philippines back in September 2023, performing tracks like his Billboard-charting hit “Here’s Your Perfect.”

Speaking to NYLON Manila’s Rafael Bautista last September about the trip, Jamie said, “I feel like it’s everything that I imagined and more and just like to be able to meet the people that changed my life is just incredible.”

But before his potential return to Manila, Miller is set to embark on his inaugural headline tour across Europe, the UK, and North America. Joined by talented singer-songwriters RIKA and Michael Gerow, the tour promises unforgettable performances starting April 9th in Antwerp, Belgium, and culminating on May 15th in Los Angeles, CA. Film Review : Just The 3 Of Us

My notes on Just The 3 Of Us: 1. The movie reminded me so much of this late 90's rom-com with Matthew Perry as a happy-go-lucky bachelor who had a one night stand with a sultry Salma Hayek in Vegas. She ended up pregnant, they got married, and then discovered each other's personalities while fixing family and work issues. It was called Fools Rush In and I would have asked you to rent it in a local Video City, but I think all of their stores closed ages ago. 2. In this version though, the girl CJ (Jennylyn Mercado) would rather stalk the potential father and be the emotional punching bag of Uno (John Lloyd Cruz) who had a bad temper (F-words everywhere!), an a-hole attitude ("So what? Buhay ko 'to. Kahit mag-swimming ako sa alak wala ka pakialam!"), crazy reasoning (he wanted to take care of CJ and the baby, but made her sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room with poor ventilation), and a drinking problem that were all supposedly reasonab...
