Casa Nieves TV on YouTube soon will premiere a culture and a documentary kind of vlog featuring the caliber actress and her life story Ms. Sylvia Sanchez. According to Garcia, they wanted to showcase the richness yet simple life in the province featuring the local recipes and the story behind it.

As they shared the video with us during the blogcon, I can't help but to notice the generosity of each frame and the good values that it wanted to share to the public. Generous in a sense that it showcase picturesque sceneries as well as lessons in life that every viewers will surely treasure.

Sylviahera on my personal note is something that is very organic, very natural and self giving. Sylvia Sanchez would not just share her talent in cooking as well as the greater values and lessons in life that will surely strike the younger ones.


Sylviahera is bold and honest in a ways that it was not scripted and everything comes out naturally. What I love about it is the genuineness of Ms. Sylvia and her being brave to share where she came from and what was her life in the past.

In this generation where everything is being concealed to avoid judgment it is very timely to showcase this kind of masterpiece to awaken and make the young generation aware of what life really is.

If you fall in love with Sylvia's characters on TV surely you'll love her more on this vlog called Sylviahera as it showcase pure happiness, generosity, love and good lessons in life. Casa Nieves TV, Sylviahera will premiere this Noche Buena to make us feel together this Christmas, specially to our family and loved ones abroad.

Film Review : Just The 3 Of Us

My notes on Just The 3 Of Us: 1. The movie reminded me so much of this late 90's rom-com with Matthew Perry as a happy-go-lucky bachelor who had a one night stand with a sultry Salma Hayek in Vegas. She ended up pregnant, they got married, and then discovered each other's personalities while fixing family and work issues. It was called Fools Rush In and I would have asked you to rent it in a local Video City, but I think all of their stores closed ages ago. 2. In this version though, the girl CJ (Jennylyn Mercado) would rather stalk the potential father and be the emotional punching bag of Uno (John Lloyd Cruz) who had a bad temper (F-words everywhere!), an a-hole attitude ("So what? Buhay ko 'to. Kahit mag-swimming ako sa alak wala ka pakialam!"), crazy reasoning (he wanted to take care of CJ and the baby, but made her sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room with poor ventilation), and a drinking problem that were all supposedly reasonab...
