After its highly successful and much-talked about debut last April, Manila Wrestling Federation (MWF) – the country’s hottest live athletic entertainment company – marches on with its fun, family-friendly and Pinoy-flavored brand of professional wrestling with “MWF 2: Maki-Wrestling, ‘Wag Matakot” at the UP Bahay ng Alumni, Diliman, Quezon City on May 27. Show starts at 6 PM.

Director-producer Mike de Leon has a stellar ensemble cast for his newest movie Citizen Jake, which opens in Philippine cinemas nationwide last May 23. Citizen Jake is about Jake Herrera, journalist and estranged son of a powerful Philippine Senator. Driven by disdain for his father, Jake moves to Baguio City where he attempts to build a new life. But circumstances force him to try to solve the brutal killing of a young, female student in the university where he teaches in. Jake conducts an investigation—a move that leads him to face corruption and his personal demons.  The screenplay is written by Mike de Leon, Atom Araullo and Noel Pascual. The film is produced by Cinema Artists Philippines and distributed by Solar Pictures.

Multi-platinum recording artist Ice Seguerra (artist formerly known as artist Aiza Seguerra) is back with "Anghel Sa Lupa," his first single after the release of Gold certified album "Araw Gabi: Mga Awit ni Maestro Ryan" in 2015.

After an exciting night of performances, America has voted for singer-songwriter Maddie Poppe the winner of American Idol! Performing her audition song, “Rainbow Connection” with Kermit the Frog at the results show, Poppe endeared herself to the judges and the audience.

The much-awaited reunion of well-loved 90s band A1 is finally happening! This time, fans will surely be thrilled as Paul Marazzi joins his original band mates Ben Adams, Mark Read, and Christian Ingebrigtsen for the British-Norwegian band’s 20th Anniversary “Reunion” Tour 2018. The band is scheduled to hold a concert on the 21st of October 2018 at Kia Theatre, Araneta Center, Quezon City.

Once again, Filipino pride takes the limelight as Fil-Kiwi fashion designer Stephanie Dods was selected the winner of Sony Channel’s The Apartment: Passion for Design, and walked away with the biggest prize in the series’ history - the deed to a luxurious UMLand apartment at D’Lagoon located in Iskandar, Malaysia. Declaring in the show that failure was not an option, the beauty queen-model fiercely proved her worth by out-performing competition from the US, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia in a series of grueling challenges that showcased her flair for innovative design, eventually conquering Asia’s biggest design reality series.
