Joy Roa With his guest from an Ethiopian Flying-adventure travel show Asian Air Safari launched its latest season with a screening of a two-part special on Ethiopia at Shang Cineplex last May 23. Guests enjoyed the ultimate cultural experience – with Ethiopian Airlines flying in the iconic coffee ceremony, followed by a feast of authentic Ethiopian cuisine, which included the staple, injera. Cultural performers also flew all the way from Addis Ababa to showcase their unique songs and dances.
