More Action, Adventure Heading Your Way in the New Season of Top-Rated Series “MacGyver” on AXN!

Everybody’s favorite hardware hero is back for more hacks in the all-new season of the action-adventure drama MacGyver, which premieres on AXN this September.

Lucas Till returns as the young Angus “Mac” MacGyver as he continues to find himself in high-risk missions to save lives around the world. With the help of former CIA agent Jack Dalton (George Eads), new Phoenix Foundation director Matty Weber (Meredith Eaton), hacker specialist Riley Davis (Tristin Mays), and best friend Wilt Bozer (Justin Hires),  MacGyver navigates through more life-and-death situations and narrowly escapes using his resourcefulness and vast scientific knowledge.

In the new season, intel extraction specialist Agent Carmen joins the Phoenix Foundation as they join her in a rescue mission in Turkey. MacGyver and Dalton embark on a search to find MacGyver’s father. Their lives are put in grave danger as MacGyver once again faces his formidable foe, Murdoc, after the ruthless assassin escapes from prison and plans to kill them all.

MacGyver Season 2 premieres on September 30, every Saturday at 8:50 pm, within 12 hours of the U. S. telecast.First & Exclusive on AXN.

Film Review : Just The 3 Of Us

My notes on Just The 3 Of Us: 1. The movie reminded me so much of this late 90's rom-com with Matthew Perry as a happy-go-lucky bachelor who had a one night stand with a sultry Salma Hayek in Vegas. She ended up pregnant, they got married, and then discovered each other's personalities while fixing family and work issues. It was called Fools Rush In and I would have asked you to rent it in a local Video City, but I think all of their stores closed ages ago. 2. In this version though, the girl CJ (Jennylyn Mercado) would rather stalk the potential father and be the emotional punching bag of Uno (John Lloyd Cruz) who had a bad temper (F-words everywhere!), an a-hole attitude ("So what? Buhay ko 'to. Kahit mag-swimming ako sa alak wala ka pakialam!"), crazy reasoning (he wanted to take care of CJ and the baby, but made her sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room with poor ventilation), and a drinking problem that were all supposedly reasonab...
