ABS-CBN Corporation’s Outstanding P6.0-Billion Bond Issuance Maintains Highest Credit Rating. The credit rating of the P6.0-billion bond issuance of ABS-CBN Corporation (ABS) was maintained at PRS Aaa by Philippine Rating Services Corporation (PhilRatings). The bonds are due on February 10, 2021 and carry an interest rate of 5.3350%. Obligations rated PRS Aaa, the highest rating assigned by PhilRatings, are of the highest quality with minimal credit risk. The obligor’s capacity to meet its financial commitment on the obligation is extremely strong.

ABS-CBN’s newest drama series “Ningning” quickly charmed viewers as the telesyere starring child actress Jana Agoncillo debuted as the most watched daytime TV program in the country. According to data from Kantar Media last Monday (July 27), “Ningning’s” pilot episode scored a national TV rating of 19.9%, which is 11 percentage points higher compared to its rival program in GMA “The Ryzza Mae Show” (8.9%).

Jesse Lucas  is a multi-awarded composer of music for film, television, theater and dance. He studied composition at the University of the Philippines’ College of Music. He won Best Music at the 2005 Screamfest International Film Festival in Los Angeles, California. In 2010, he was elevated to the FAMAS Hall of Fame for Best Music.
