Finally Jc De Vera is now a Kapamilya

Actor JC De Vera is now officially a Kapamilya after signing a two-year contract with ABS-CBN today (July 29). “Admittedly, I am nervous and I am very overwhelmed because it’s a dream come true to be a Kapamilya,” said JC.  He revealed that he will start taping for an upcoming teleserye in August. He also said that he is open to do any role whether for drama, action, and even comedy. “I am very willing to do all the projects the management will offer,” he said. Present during the signing were (L-R) ABS-CBN TV production head Laurenti Dyogi, ABS-CBN broadcast head Cory Vidanes, JC de Vera, ABS-CBN president and CEO Charo Santos-Concio, talent handler Necie Concio (representing JC’s manager, Leo Dominguez) and ABS-CBN business unit head Deo Endrinal.

Child Star Cha-Cha CaƱete wins at WCOPA

Child star Cha-Cha CaƱete from the hit kiddie gag show “Goin’ Bulilit” took home two medals at the recently concluded 17 th   World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) that took place in Hollywood, California. The competition ran from July 12 to July 21.   Earning much praise and recognition, Cha-Cha’s talent wowed the crowd and judges as she performed in five different categories during the prestigious competition.
