What new offering of the Kids Acts Philippines?? As a season offering to all young adults, Kids Acts Philippines proudly presents “ ROMEO AND JULIET ” edited with additional lyrics by LUIGI NACARIO and music by EUGENE BELBIS. What the story of the William Shakespeare’s novel Romeo and Juliet?? This William Shakespeare’s novel will be staged by maintaining the classic requirement of the play from costumes to the set. The music is composed through a fusion of western and eastern with contemporary flavor. “Romeo and Juliet” is simplified without sacrificing the original texts of Shakespeare to let young adults understand and comprehend on how the play is written. In the play, dialogues are sung with full observance of how phrases are being read.

The Voice of the Philippines is back this coming Sunday

What new in the new season of the The Voice of the Philippines  A new batch of Filipino artists with extraordinary voices will take center stage in the highly anticipated Season 2 of Philippine TV’s best vocal competition, “The Voice of the Philippines,” which begins this Sunday (October 26), 8:30 PM on ABS-CBN. Christian Bautista tapped by GMA to sing the theme of the Kapuso Network

Asia’s Romantic Balladeer Christian Bautista, who is celebrating his birthday today, October 19, has been tapped by GMA to sing the theme of the Kapuso Network’s biggest Korean series “Empress Ki.” The series’ theme song is “Up Where We Belong,” a cut from the soon-to-be-released album of Christian under Universal Records entitled “Soundtrack.” The series will start airing tomorrow, October 20, on GMA Telebabad. The series is reminiscent of GMA hit Korean dramas like “Jewel in the Palace.”

ABS-CBN Corporation was named the winner of the People’s Choice Stevie Award for Favorite Company in the Media & Entertainment category after earning the Gold Stevie Award in the same category at the prestigious International Business Awards. Maris Racal will put her acting skills in “Maalaala Mo Kaya”
