  Filipino singer-songwriter Muri and Japanese producer Shigge have officially announced their collaborative new single, “ Golden Hour ,” via a minimalist teaser posted to Instagram last night, sparking anticipation for their cross-border release.     The soul-infused electronic track was conceived during an intensive songwriting camp at the AXEAN Festival in Bali, Indonesia last year, where Muri and Shigge crossed creative paths. One of the biggest names in the OPM scene, Neocolours, will finally release new songs this year. To jumpstart this awaited music launch, the band signed up today with its record label, Universal Records. Universal Records’ top executives led by VP Ramon Chuaying , General Manager, Kathleen Dy-Go and Operations Manager, Peter Chan welcomed the members of the band during the contract signing.

Better Days formally signed a recording contract with Universal Records on Monday. The band is composed of Daniel Paringit on vocals and guitars, Jaro delos Reyes on guitar, Gelo Cabigon on bass and Rosner Mabuti on keyboards.

Moophs is a project born in 2013 when Chris Lopez moved to Manila. Moophs was the nickname of his pet Savannah Monitor who died shortly after the move to Manila. In honor of an awesome pet, Chris took the moniker as the name for his solo project. Over the next few years, Moophs continued to release original music and remixes in the self-proclaimed genre “Tropical Bass” - poppy future bass with a tropical vibe injection - gaining accolades from Vindata who named him an artist to look out for during an interview with NestHQ.
